Ajisai takes its name from the hydrangea, the clustered summer bloom whose petals shift between blue and violet depending on the soil they grow in — and this ink captures exactly that shift, landing as a soft, dusky blue-purple. Part of Pilot's iroshizuku line, each color is drawn from a scene in the Japanese landscape and formulated to flow smoothly, resist clogging, and stay kind to your fountain pen's feed and nib.
